How Vettel can win the world championship in Singapore
Vettel has to be on the podium at the Marina Bay Street Circuit to have a chance of taking the title, and only once this season has he not finished in the top three. If he is fourth or lower, the title race moves on to Japan, no matter what happens to any of his four rivals. At best, with 12 points for fourth, he would be 124 points ahead (with 125 points available).
If Vettel wins
To take the title Alonso then has to finish fourth or lower, with Button and Mark Webber third or lower.
If Vettel is second
Alonso has to finish eighth or lower, with Button and Webber fifth or lower. Lewis Hamilton must not win.
If Vettel is third
Alonso has to finish ninth or lower, Button and Webber seventh or lower. Hamilton must not finish in the top two.

To be honest I hope he does get it all done at Singapore, just because the fight for 2nd is a lot closer. The BBC take too much time talking about how difficult it will be for anyone to beat Vettel, if you take that away the BBC might notice that there is a very interesting battle going on, ok it isn't for the championship but that was lost half a season ago.
I don't like domination of any kind season long, but Vettel deserves the title, even if I have to listen to EJ go on about him. Though thinking about it if he does win it EJ will call for all the other drivers to be fired no doubt and not care about the fight for 2nd.

Don't see him doing it at Singapore to be honest. Can't see Alonso being off the podium at a track he's usually quick at and Ferrari won't lose out as much on the Primes since Pirelli will be bringing the 2 softest compounds

I cant see him doing it at Singapore either, but would be good if he did. Its inevitable anyway, so we may as well just get it over and done with. I agree about the 2nd place battle, if Vettel hadnt dominated so much it would have been an interesting championship battle.

I want him to get it over with but yeah its a long shot in Singapore and I think especially Alonso wants to make him wait as long as he physically can make him wait.
But its true that 2nd place is much more interesting at the moment. I'll just be so much happier when Sebi has his championship and the 2nd place battle is in the spotlight. No disrespect to Sebi but its been his championship all year so I just want him to get it done.
