Could you imagine the fun of it? No one would know what Nicky was saying to them I mean McLaren is mostly English and they'd have so many problems understanding him . That needs to happen. At the end of the year... Nicky one a McLaren or Ferrari pit crew .

It would have been great to see Nicky messing about with Jenson shame we didn't get to see anything! I would love to see the MotoGP guys and F1 guys mingle more, I really want to know what the F1 boys thought of Nicky and what Nicky thought of the F1 guys!

That's our Nicky ;D . His twitter account is the best thing in the world I showed it to a friend and they said they didn't understand some of it, I told her it was exactly how he spoke she thought he was foreign I told her he was from Kentucky and she went "he's one of them then" ;D she stopped complaining when she saw a picture .

Nicky's reaction to qualifying
Nicky Hayden (Ducati Team) 7th (1:49.752)
“It’s good that seventh equals my best qualifying result this year, but truthfully, I thought I had a chance at the second row today, and I think the bike was capable of that too. I didn’t get it done, but I’m still lucky to be where I am, because just a few tenths slower would have been a long way back. I’m having trouble with edge grip, and although it will be a quick race here—only 23 laps—tyre wear could still be an issue for me. I’m also having a little problem over the bumps, but the team will look at some things tonight and see what we can come up with for tomorrow.

That is brilliant that it was the 69th post . He likes this circuit, got a podium there last year so hoping it'll be a good race. But he's worrying about tyres again its never good when Nicky worries about tyres.

Nicky Hayden: “I’ve got a lot of fans in Japan, and there are a lot of people who love motorcycles. It would be nice to put on a good show for them, as they’ve certainly had a hard time this year. The radiation situation seems to be under control, so earthquakes are the only concern. Hopefully we can have a good race. Motegi has probably been my worst track since I’ve been with Ducati, as I’ve struggled to get turned in those hairpin corners and get out strong. I’m not expecting an easy weekend, but Ducati is really working hard to give us options and to find the best direction for the future. It’s great to see them putting in so much effort, and although we’re not seeing immediate results, we’re learning a lot and getting a bunch of data that’s going to be a big help in the long term.”

Nicky Hayden 4th 1.46.073 “This was actually the first time I’ve ever ridden the GP11.1 in the wet, and I was really happy with how it felt. The track was extremely slippery. We came from Malaysia and Australia, where the surface would dry in no time, but here, even when it would stop raining, it just wouldn’t dry. The grip was really low, especially on corner entry, but we made a few steps through the day that seemed to help. I’m not going to lie; it would’ve been nice to end up in P1 even though it’s just Friday afternoon, but we spent a lot of time at the top and put up quite a few red helmets. We’ll see what the weather does tomorrow, but regardless, we got some good information.”

Nicky Hayden (Ducati Team) 7th (1:33.656)
“With the conditions, it wasn’t easy for anybody to reach down and do a fast lap. The track was a bit damp at first, plus it was very windy and spitting rain. I did the first lap on rain tyres, but I came straight back in, and the team was ready with the dry bike. Despite the conditions, it was important to push right away, because we didn’t know if heavier rain was going to come. The target was the second row, which we achieved at the last couple of races, but although we stayed in the top five for the first 20 minutes, we didn’t go fast enough in the end. For tomorrow, we need to try to get more confidence in the front, to be able to attack the corners. It will be tough for the last race, like all of them, but we’ll try to get a good, solid result.”
Valentino Rossi (Ducati Team) 6th (1:33.478)
“Today was decent. This afternoon’s session was complicated because the conditions were mixed, making grip tricky, but in the end, I was able to do some good laps and improve my time, which isn’t bad. I’m on the second row, and apart from Stoner, we’re not so far from the others. I’m quite fast in T2 and T3, which are twisty, but I lose a lot in T1 and T4, where I have a hard time braking like I should, and where the bike tends to wheelie too much on acceleration. Honestly, T1 has always been difficult for me, through all the years that I’ve raced here. We’ll see for tomorrow, especially concerning the weather. For now, the forecasts say it will rain, and if that’s the case we could be competitive, but I think we could even do okay in the dry.”
